Meet Bree: The Painter and Teacher Behind Bumble Designs in Spring, TX

I met Bree the way a lot of the best collaborations start, completely by accident. I was at one of my kids' friends' birthday parties, and Bree was there guiding the kids through a birthday-themed painting. I loved her business model instantly, and I'm so glad she decided branding photos were the next right step for her business, because this ended up being one of the most fun, colorful, personality-packed shoots I've done.

Bree owns Bumble Designs, a craft-paint-create studio that brings paint parties to kids and adults all over the Greater Houston. She hosts parties in clients' homes, and she also teaches regularly at Create 365, a shop in Old Town Spring, so whether you want her to come to you or you want to head into town for a class, there's an option that works.

She's just as much a teacher as she is a painter, and it shows in how comfortable everyone around her seems to be, no matter their age. My daughter went to one of Bree's summer camps this year and loved every single day of it. She came home with loads of cool creations and lots of stories of how much fun she had.

For the shoot, we wanted images that told the full story of Bumble Designs: not just posed headshots, but real moments that show Bree as a painter, a teacher, and a solopreneur building something joyful. Every frame was meant to answer the question a potential client is asking when they land on her site: who is this person, and what would it feel like to spend an afternoon with her?

If you're local to Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, or Cypress and you're looking for a painting party for kids, a team-building afternoon, a birthday party idea, or just a fun night out with friends and a glass of wine, Bree and Bumble Designs are absolutely worth booking. And if you're a small business owner in the same area who's been putting off getting real branding photos taken, this is your sign.

This shoot wouldn't have been what it was without everyone who showed up for it, the kids, the adults, and the helping hands behind the scenes who kept everything running smoothly. Thank you to this whole community for making the day so special.
