Aldridge Family at the Menil Collection
The Aldridge family holds such a special place in my heart. I have been photographing them since their wedding at The Grove in Houston over a decade ago (I have honestly lost count at this point, lol). Every year I look forward to our session together and watching Rowan grow. He is the same age as my oldest daughter so it is easy to connect with him.
This year we met at The Menil Collection and it could not have been a nicer day. It was still warm enough that the crowds stayed away, so we had the space to ourselves which made it feel even more relaxed. Tara and Ben never seem to age (seriously, what is their secret?!) and they are the most easygoing, go with the flow couple. I feel so blessed to capture families through all the seasons of their lives… but goodness, why do the years have to fly by so quickly?
